🏕️ Plan Your Chopta AdventureAns: You may see a beautiful glimpse of it clean of clouds. Sunrise is exceptional, therefore it is worth travelling to Chandrashila very early in the morning. That is why I stay at least one night there as well. The hike itself is not very difficult and it takes 2-three hours to hike often.
Ans: The camping is allowed on all meadows in Uttarakhand according to the latest order of the High Court. Campsite at Chopta Meadows is thus permitted.
Ans: At 4,000 metres, Chandrashila is the highest point on Chandranath Parbat. There is no lodging available at the top, and camping is not permitted.
